For example, the wearable pulse monitor has an error rate of up to 30%, greatly lowering consumers’ passion. Another reason is that elements used in wearable devices are cellphone or pad components, which failed to satisfy the requirements of wearable devices for small size and low consumption. Under such a background, demands for accurate sensors grew rapidly. As early as 2012, Minjie Electronics had found the huge potential market of temperature sensor and set up a research project of thin-film temperature sensor. In April 2015, the thin-film temperature sensor has been put into production, and has received high praise from customers.
